I can't stand Neil: Ameesha Patel

  Ameesha Patel’s next film Shortcut Romeo releases on June 21. The actress is the best of friends with co-star Neil Nitin Mukesh. She feels he is among the most wonderful co-stars and hardworking actors she has worked with. But unlike in real life, in the film they can’t tolerate each other.

  

  She feels that their relationship portrayed in the film will be loved by the audience.

  Ameesha and Neil along with co-star Puja Gupta (who essays the love interest of Neil in the film) will be doing major promotions for the film, which releases in three weeks from today.

  About Ameesha and Neil’s camaraderie in the film, producer-director Susi Ganesh says, “Well, all I can say is Ameesha and Neil almost killed each other on the sets during one of the shots since the scene was so hard. They almost didn’t realise when I said cut.

  But yes I’m lucky to have worked with such wonderful and professional actors for my first Bollywood film. I hope the audience feels that they have actually seen something different when they come out of the theatres.”
