Now a days, there is a big issue arising regarding health and fitness.Physical fitness is a general state of health.Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition , exercise,hygiene and rest.A quality of being suitable to perform a particular task is called as fitness.
We must be free from diseases and mental pressures to become an healthy person.We should follow few things to keep our body and mind healthy and strong.We should always go to bed early and early to rise.Then we should do few exercises.In early morning, the fresh air helps our body a lot.If we make early rising from bed as a daily habit then our mind will always free from stress, pressure,tension and many diseases can be removed from our body.And we will feel free and happy.If we do daily exercise our body will be more attractive.We should do exercise like our daily routine.We need to take proper diet also to maintain our health.Diet is an important component to overall health that works best in combination with exercise.
