How to get rid of head aches in 10 minutes!!!!

          Head aches, they just come suddenly without a warning. It is just too hard to deal with our things when our owncentral processing unit (brain) is in the state of pain. The situation is just too hard for us. So how to get rid of head aches? One solution is to consume some tablet. Well many of us are not big fans of tablets :) So is there any other way to get rid of these hard head aches? Well i just came a technique that i would like to share with u guys.

  Its some simple steps : Some nose jobs :P

  • Try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe. 
  • If you are feeling tired then just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.
  • Close your eyes and try to remain calm
  • Take in very deep breaths, deep breaths
  • Try look at an object that is blue in color, it really helps to calm you down.
