  Soft skills are personal attributes that enhance an individual's interactions, job
  performance and career prospects. Technical skill alone does not make a candidate competitive in the job market. Technical skills will get you the interview, but it’s the soft skills that will help you get and keep the job. Nasscom survey report says that Estimated intake at engineering institutes are 1,200,000 and the number of engineering graduates India turns out every year is over 750,000 and in this more than 50% of them are unemployable and untrainable.
