  Everyone remembers that Rajesh Khanna is the popular actor and first Hindi Film actor who has basked fans all over the Nation for his excellence in the industry and he died in the year 2012. Rajesh khanna’s wife Dimple Kapadia and her daughters Twinkle and Rinkie reserved orders on petition filed. Twinkle Khanna is wife of B-Town star Akshay Kumar.

  

  Getting into the details, Rajesh Kanna’s live-in partner Anita Advani has lodged a complaint in the year 2013 under Domestic Violence Act against Dimple Kapasia, and her daughters Twinkle and Rinkie along with Twinkle’s husband Akshay Kumar.

  Dimple’s counsel Gupta has argued that Anita was in live-in relationship with the late actor and hence she doesn’t have any scope to file DV Act. He also continued that Anita Advani’s relationship with the late actor can be considered as ‘adultreous’.

  Akshay’s lawyer Jethmalani argued that "Her (Advani) case at the most can be of wrongful dispossession but not under domestic violence. Assuming that she is right, she can file a civil suit and challenge the will".

  Justice M L Tahaliyani, will pass orders on Thursday i.e. on April 9^th.
