Revathi loves to direct Zoya Akhtar’s brand films

  Actress Revathi is known for her mettle in the Indian films as an actor and director too. The latest outing of the actor is “Margarita With A Straw”. During a recent interview with the leading newspaper she said that she prefers to direct Zoya Akhtar’s brand films. 

  

  Revathi said, "I would love to make the kind of films Zoya makes. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara was an exceptional film. It also did well at the box office."
  
  she told, "I think it's a talent to write such a film. I don't know if I have the talent to write something like that, but let's see. I think it will take some time for me."
  
  Revathi earlier directed many entertainers including Phir Milenge and Mumbai Cutting which raised funds at box-office.
  
  She said, "The story that I have written fits the Malayalam scenario. I am among the lucky ones who can make a Hindi, Tamil or Malayalam film as I connect with all the three languages".
