  You do not have to spend all of your college time doing the paper writing work. You can add more fun in your college life by taking part in extracurricular activities. Such activities are planned by the students association and you can take part in it for enjoyment as well as to learn new things.

  
  

  If you spent a lot of time on the stage when you were in school, you can definitely try to do similar extracurricular activities when you are in college. Generally, students have to give a test before getting the authorization to perform at a function or a gathering organized by the college. Since many students would be interested in the performance, they have to be shortlisted by someone and only a few students will get the opportunity to perform. Do not lose heart if you do not get selected in a particular activity. You can always try your luck in another activity; there is a great chance that you will be selected in one or another.

  
  

  Colleges and universities also organize inter-college events. These events and competitions are a lot of fun to watch and participate in. Just make sure that you do not miss the dates for giving your names, because often students miss out on such opportunities because they did not react at the right time.
