Earlier in the year, the actress appeared in Rohan Sippy’s oddball comedy Nautanki Saala, that received fairly positive response from movie-goers.
Evelyn starred in the film alongside leads Ayushmann Khurrana and Kunaal Roy Kapur.
The 23-year-old starlet plays Lara, a glamorous young girl who flirts with Ranbir’s character Bunny in the film.
The role may have been brief but the actress is kicked about having worked with Ranbir.
“Working with Ranbir is every girl’s dream,” she says.
“I’ve never played a sexy character like Lara before, and I admit all the flirting was a lot of fun,” the young actress adds.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani continues to roar at the box-office, having joined the 100-crore club even before completing its one-week run in theatres.
Emerging as Ranbir Kapoor’s biggest blockbuster, the film has cemented his place among the most bankable stars in Bollywood.
Evelyn will next be seen in Issaq with Prateik Babbar, followed by Yaariyaan, the directorial debut of T-Series’ head honcho Bhushan Kumar’s wife Divya Kumar.
