However, with self-proclaimed social activists, animal welfare committees and moral crusaders likely to take their jobs a bit too seriously, there has been a change in plan for Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum. Resultantly, one of the funniest characters in the film, a pug, has gone through a change of name.

“In the film Riteish’s character is shown to have a steady companion in the form of a pug named ‘Fakhruddin’. Though the name was widely publicised and even mentioned in the promos, it has gone through a change. Now his name has been abbreviated to ‘Fakhru’. This has been done as Fakhru sounds more cute and to avoid community leaders from making a mountain out of a mole-hill,” informs a source.
