Sachin – Jigar credit slashed in KSKHH: The real reason

This was a well kept secret but seems to be out in the open now. Though the youth has caught a huge fancy to ‘Dil Garden Garden Ho Gaya‘, the fact is that the same can’t be said for the young and fast-emerging composer duo Sachin-Jigar. While they have been credited as the guest composers in Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum, till a few months back they were to score the entire album. However, there was trouble and Balaji had to summon a new set of composers to take over from them.

“Sachin-Jigar were hot property after F.A.L.T.U and when they composed ‘Saibo‘ for Balaji’s Shor In The Citythose at Balaji felt that it was good to promote and support them and that’s why they were brought on board for Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum. A few months later, Balaji discovered that Sachin-Jigar were unable to make timely deliveries of songs, which led to panic. After all, a shooting could not have been cancelled for untimely delivery of songs,” informs our well-placed source.

Finally, it was decided that ‘Dil Garden Garden Ho Gaya‘ would be the first and last track of Sachin-Jigar on the album. The rumours are the composers were not comfortable living up to the creative expectations from Balaji what with a regular to-and-fro on the approval of songs. They were also busy scoring for Remo’s film, which they had placed on high priority, as he had given them a break in F.A.L.T.U.

“It became increasingly tough for them to adjust to Balaji’s hard way of working. The pressure was immense and since they were used to working at their pace, the deadlines and expectations went for a toss,” the source continues. However, a leading media source informs, “Sachin-Jigar had some personal issues on the home front due to the ill health of a family member and were therefore unable to do the remaining songs. They understood the predicament of the producers and voluntarily opted out.”

Known to promote new talent periodically, Balaji decided to rope in the Meet Bros Anjjan for the remaining songs. The latter were delighted at receiving the unexpected big break.

Sources at Balaji also took light of the developments and said, “Yes, Sachin-Jigar were to compose the entire album but had to make way for the Meet Bros Anjjan. Sachin and Jigar have been extremely cordial and nice and are impeccable talents. Their ‘Garden Garden‘ is a chart-buster and if an opportunity arises, we will certainly work with them on a complete soundtrack.”
