Shoojit Sircar has roped in model Sheetal Mallar for his next film Jaffna which also stars John Abraham. What’s interesting to know is that Sheetal who has been in the fashion industry for quite a while now was never interested in films. In fact Sircar has been cajoling the model to be a part of the film for some time now.

However, it is learnt that John and Sheetal will not feature as a romantic pair in the film. Jaffna which is being produced by UTV is said to be a political thriller.
